- Does the Online Store work on mobile devices (mobile phone, tablet)?
- Yes, due to the responsive feature of the Site, it works on all kind of mobile devices (android, iOS, Windows).
3. What kind of additional costs may occur by purchase?
- The prices published on the Site are gross prices therefore except delivery cost no other additional costs can occur during the purchase. There are no hidden fees, we provide 100% price guarantee for the published prices on the Site. BUT when you order from outside Europe or Great Brittain duties and custom fees may apply.
4. How can I use my coupon?
- You can find the coupon code field on the “Basket” page. Please copy or enter the code in the field and click on “Redeem” button. The system will deduct the discount automatically.
5. What shall I do if I forgot my password?
- Click on the “Forgotten Password” by login. The system will generate a new password and will send it to the e-mail address you gave by the registration. The user name is the e-mail address given by registration.
6. Can I purchase personally?
- We do not operate a store, therefore you can take over only those products which you ordered in the Online Store. You can take over the products in our office, 4029 Debrecen, Kígyó utca 19.
7. When can I collect the products ordered if I chose personal takeover?
- In case the ordered product is in stock, you can take over your order on the same day.
- In case the product is out of stock, we’ll notify you about the exact date of arrival.
- The opening hours of the takeover point:
Monday-Friday: 12:30-14:00
If you wish to take over the order on the weekend or outside opening hours, please call us or write to us and we’ll try to arrange an appointment.
8. Where can I enter the coupon code?
- Log in to your account. In case you do not have an account, please create one.
- Put the product(s) in the basket.
- Before finishing the purchase, click on the “Basket” and you can enter the coupon code below the products on the left side.
- OR by the cashier, in the right lane click on “Redeem” button.
